📦 Shipping Policy

At Oluana, we strive to bring a pleasant delivery expereince to our customers. Here's how our shipping policy works:

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Netherlands
• Belgium

We do not offer shipping outside these countries at this time.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped

In the case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances we will personally inform you timely via e-mail. 

💶 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product size/weight.

📦 Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days of ordering, please contact info@oluana.com

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. We hereby please request you to always double-check your address at checkout.

🔁 Customs & Import Taxes

Fortunately there are no customs duties within the EU, but in some cases buyers are responsible for any local regulations regarding product use or restrictions (e.g., supplements or liquids). We make sure all products we offer are EU compliant.
